Srila Prabhupada said in Geneva, June 1st, 1974:
"So, you create such a situation within your heart: Now Krsna has seated Himself. Let me wash His feet with Ganga water and Yamuna water, etc. Now I change His dress to a first-class costly garment. Then I decorate Him with ornaments. Then I give Him something for eating. You can simply think of this. This is mediation. Svantah-sthena gadabhrta, it is such a nice thing. Anywhere you can sit down and think that Krsna is sitting in your heart and you are receiving Him in such a nice way. These thoughts are not false, they are also a fact. It is so easy."
